1. Acceptance
By engaging ClearOak & Co. or interacting with our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
ClearOak provides operations consulting, AI implementation, and AI-driven discovery interviews for commercial contractors and their teams.
3. SMS Messaging Program
- Program description: ClearOak sends transactional SMS messages to team members invited by client owners. Messages contain a personalized link to a 15-25 minute AI discovery interview, plus optional follow-up reminders.
- Message frequency: Recipients typically receive one to two messages per engagement. Frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply. Carrier rates are the recipient’s responsibility.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out of all future SMS from this program.
- Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or email john@clearoakconsulting.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Supported carriers: All major US carriers.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients confirm consent with team members before entering their phone numbers into our portal. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of contact information provided.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not use our services to send unsolicited messages, conduct illegal activity, or attempt to access systems without authorization.
6. Intellectual Property
ClearOak retains rights to its platform, methodologies, and tools. Clients retain rights to their own data.
7. Disclaimer
Services are provided as-is. ClearOak does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
ClearOak’s liability for any claim related to services is limited to fees paid in the prior twelve months.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, transitioning to California upon relocation, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
